• How do I view all of your property listings available? Just click on the View All Listings link on the navigation bar to the left. Or just click here.

 

• How do I get new listings emailed to me automatically? First you must become a member by signing up. Signing up is quick, easy, and we keep your information private. Then, go to the search listings page and first select your desired property type followed by further criteria such as price and number of bedrooms. Once you have submitted your criteria and are viewing the search results, click on the "Save this Search" link near the upper right of the results page. On the next page, simply type a descriptive name (such as "John's Search Results") for your search and make sure the "Notify me when listings are added..." selection is set to "Yes". Then just click the "Save Search" button and you are done. Now anytime a property is added that meets your search criteria, you will be immediately sent an email.

 

• How do I post my properties for sale or rent? First you need to sign up as an agent, even if you already a member. Don't let the "agent" terminology fool you as we welcome individuals to list their own properties... you don't need to be a licensed real estate agent! After you have signed-up as an agent, login into your agent account and then click on the "Add Listing" link. After submitting your property type, simply fill in the details about your property such as price, location, and amenities. To add pictures of your property, click on "Edit Images" on the next page. If you need to edit your listing in the future, simply log-in again and select "Edit My Listings"
