How do I enroll?

Please download, complete and fax back the enrollment form to fax number 352-597-1207. In addition to faxing the form, you can also scan and email the form to accounting (AT) 1change (DOT) com. Please make sure to attach a copy of a voided check from the account you want to pay your rental charges.

Who can enroll?

Only current tenants of New Horizon Property Management can enroll.

Ok, I submitted the enrollment form, what now?

Once we receive your enrollment form, we will setup your account and email your user id and password. With this information, you can then log into our Resident Web Access page to view and pay your charges. This process will take several business days.

Can I setup recurring payments?

You can setup either manual payments or recurring payments that are automatically withdrawn from your account on the first business day of every month.

How do I pay my rent using the electronic check system?

Click on the link at the top of this page to log into Resident Web Access. From there, click on the Make Payment link near the top of the page. You can then make a payment from the account indicated on your enrollment form. Please remember that you are required to pay the full balance on your account. Partial payment will be returned.

Is there a fee?

Yes, there is a convenience fee of $2.00 for electronic check payments.

What happens if an electronic check payment is initiated but I don't have enough money in my account?

You will be subject to a $25 penalty for the failed transaction and be subject to all the terms and conditions of your lease.

How do I change the account that the payment is drawn from?

Just submit a new authorization form with the updated information on it.

Do you accept credit cards?

Not at this time. However, we are considering this payment method for the future.
